Email address: collected when you subscribe to The Field Report, request diagnostic tool results, or submit the market diagnostic intake form.

We do not collect: phone numbers, revenue figures, employee counts, or any other business data you enter into our diagnostic tools. Diagnostic tool inputs are processed in your browser and are not stored or transmitted to our servers.

02. HOW WE USE YOUR EMAIL

Your email is used to deliver what you requested — The Field Report dispatches, diagnostic tool results, and order communications — as well as occasional market intelligence, research updates, and relevant offers from Built on Tenth.

We do not send unsolicited bulk email or automated nurture sequences. Every email we send is relevant to HVAC operators and sent with purpose. We will never contact you on behalf of a third party.

03. WHAT WE DO NOT DO

We do not sell, share, lease, or trade your email address to any third party, under any circumstances, including:

• Marketing agencies
• Lead generation platforms
• HVAC software or equipment vendors
• Data brokers

04. HOW TO LEAVE

Every Field Report dispatch contains an unsubscribe link. One click removes you immediately. No confirmation forms. No "are you sure?" loops.

05. DATA RETENTION

We retain your email address only for as long as your subscription is active. Upon unsubscribe or removal request, your data is removed from our active list within 48 hours.
